The Effects Are Great - I Haven’t Had A Pain In 6 Months
"How many books did I buy which are somehow covering the issue of back problems. Well, most of them are useless as they just talk about the authors and how great they are and then maybe there are some exercises which usually are commonly known anyway. Not so with Barbara’s book. It really is packed full of information and the exercises are really well described and easy to perform. The effects? Really great. I also had a Dorn Spinal Therapy treatment at some stage and now I am feeling really so much better. I had been suffering from back pain for the last 12 years, pain free intervalls never longer than 2 weeks. But now I haven’t had a pain for 6 months.
